There's a belief that you can't earn a six-figure income from teaching movement or spirituality. For years I bought into it.
I started exactly where you are. A yoga teacher who knew, deep down, that the work was life-changing.
I loved teaching. But I was trading my one body and my one hour for money, with a ceiling I could feel and couldn't break. I ran around town teaching 15 classes a week and was terrified that "doing what I love" would never actually be sustainable.
For 7 years, I assisted on teacher trainings, learning, up close, the craft of holding a room and leading people through deep work. But I doubted if I could ever lead them myself.
Then I became a mum, and my time vanished overnight. I couldn't trade hours for money anymore. I simply didn't have the hours to trade.

I sold my studio for multiple six figures after 5 years. This is a unicorn in the yoga industry these days. I don't say that to brag, but to share with you that you can do what feels impossible too. Everyone said don't open the studio. You'll never find a buyer. Conviction, strategy, and soul is how I did it.
That shift took me building a business that brought in $1M in revenue and, more importantly, a career that pays me back in energy instead of draining it. I got to go deeper in the work, leading people through incredible transformations. That's why I became a yoga teacher in the first place.
Now I teach soul-led healers and teachers to do the same. It doesn't matter what modality you teach. You don't need to become someone you're not. You get to be the fullest, most-led version of who you already are.
